A group of 30 teens from the Ojai Valley Youth Foundation thought of close to 20 different ideas for their large scale community service project. They narrowed it down until they came to the decision to plant gardens at people’s homes throughout the Ojai Valley. On the day of execution we had about 100 adult and youth volunteers and managed to successfully plant 20 victory gardens in less than eight hours.
